Brown antlers, brown eyes, white snow

The engaging buck stared me down this afternoon during my 10 mile run this afternoon.

I found this stately deer in Morton Grove's St. Paul Woods.

The weather? Cold, about 20 degrees. But at least it wasn't windy, so it wasn't a bad day to run.
