As is his wont, Romney is polished, and does a good job presenting his views. He harps on John McCain over his voting against drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, as he did in last week's Republican debate, a fair cop, as they say in Monty Python land, but Romney caved in to the millionaire crowd by opposing the Cape Wind project off of Cape Cod.
