President Obama could invade Pakistan

Clearly stung by being called "naive" by Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Sen. Barack Obama in a speech given at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars said as president, he might invade Pakistan--even if its president, Pervez Musharraf, objects.

The Bush administration has never ruled out sending troops to the now notorious "tribal border regions" of Pakistan, but is also cognizant of the fact that such a move would not only violate Pakistani autonomy, but could lead to the overthrow of the Musharraf regime--with an "Islamic Republic" taking its place.

Obama sounds, well, naive.
