Reader Chris from Swansea, MA sent me the news the New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has left the Republican Party. Too many, he was the classic RINO--Republican in Name Only.
He's denying it, but Bloomberg may end up running for president as an independent next year. Which could end up being an historic race--if Rudy Giuliani becomes the Republican nominee for president, and Hillary Clinton is the Democrats' choice, and if Bloomberg joins in as an independent, it would be probably the first time three major presidential candidates were on the ballot from the same state--which of course would be New York.
