Blogger Solomonia's original reporting: "Defending Against the Legal Jihad"

Friend of the blog Solomonia in the Boston area interviews the lead defense attorney in the civil rights and defamation case brought on against The David Project, the Boston Herald, and Fox 25 Boston by the Islamic Society of Boston in this post from today.

Like CAIR in a similar suit against Anti-CAIR, the ISB couldn't stomach going throught the discovery portion of case. The ISB, which is building a mega-mosque in Boston's Roxbury neighborhood, decided the prudent thing to do would be to drop its case.
