Wal-Mart has a new CEO

At least on major corporation is bucking the sour economic trends and is doing well. Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

So it comes as a surprise that Lee Scott announced his retirement, effective in February. Replacing Scott will be Mike Duke, 58, who is currently the vice chairman of Wal-Mart's international division.
