One way--killing all of them of course is the best way--to harm the Islamic State is to cripple their finances, such as destroying their oil wells. But watch here as former acting CIA Director Michael Morell says President Obama, the rigid ideologue, refused to bomb the wells because of fear of environmental damage.
We're at war, you moron. Do you think, Dear Leader, that ISIS would hesitate for one second if they had the opportunity to blow up one American oil well?
Obama is more concerned about offending his leftist environmental base than he is of ISIS attacks on civilization.
