(Video) Fast and Furious: On this day three years ago--Brian Terry murdered

We are still waiting for a complete explanation from the White House on the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. The Michigan native was killed by a gun sold as part of the botched Justice Department Mexican gun-running scheme, Operation Fast and Furious.

Congress has held Attorney General in contempt over his stonewalling.

As Fox News' William La Jeunesse reports, no one was fired over Fast and Furious--nor did anyone lose a pension.

But Terry lost his life.

For the first time during his troubled presidency, President Obama utilized executive privilege to block the release of possibly incriminating Fast and Furious documents.
