It's been 386 days since Quinn said he "was put on earth" to fix Illinois pensions

Yesterday the Illinois Senate passed a union-backed plan to fix the state's woefully underfunded public pension system. Earlier this week the House passed a different bill.

Meanwhile, it has been 386 days since Governor Pat Quinn launched this egomaniacal comment about Illinois' pension debt, which grows by $17 million a day:
But I’m here to solve it. I know that I was put on earth to get this done.
