It's been 383 days since Quinn said he "was put on earth" to fix Illinois pensions

On April 20, 2012, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn made this proclamation about Illinois' severely underfunded public worker pensions:
But I’m here to solve it. I know that I was put on earth to get this done.
That was 383 days ago. The Chicago Democrat hasn't gotten it done.

It's not that he hasn't gotten it done, it's that he doesn't want to get it done.

When the moving vans come to take what's left of Illinois to the bankruptcy sale, democrats still won't blame the unions, massive pensions and benefits, and out of control spending.

This coming from someone who lives in CA. I know...
