Weekly GOP Address with Rep. Martha Roby on the sequester

Rep.Martha Roby (R-AL) discusses the March 1 sequester deadline and the two plans the House of Representatives have offered to avoid the painful budget cuts.

The White House and the Democratic-controlled Senate have yet to offer serious sequester proposals.
