President Obama's second term began yesterday and he can't run for a third term. But his campaign apparatus will remain. Organizing for America, which was once Obama for America, is now Organizing for Action.

It's (gasp) a tax-exempt group that can raise unlimited funds--and it doesn't have to list its donors. It's run by hard-leftists David Axelrod and Stephanie Cutter.

Obama can't govern, but he sure can campaign.
