(Video) Budget? Plouffe forgets budget when advocating "regular order" in Congress

It has been nearly 1,400 days since the Democratic-controlled  Senate passed a budget. So when White House senior staffer David Plouffe advocated returning to a "regular order" in running Congress on Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace quickly confronted him on the budget-less Senate.

How many large businesses--or small ones--operate without a budget?

And it's not just the Senate failing on the budget. For the fourth time in five years, the White House will miss a legal deadline to submit a budget to Congress.
