(Video) Woodward: Obama wants to cut Medicare, proposed a $250B cut over ten years

Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward, while appearing on MSNBC's Morning Joe, said that he discovered documents that President Obama proposed cutting $250 billion from Medicare over a ten year period.
