Bloody Chicago: 2 dead, 17 wounded so far this weekend

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel is two days away from speaking at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte. What he won't be talking about is the city's sky-high murder rate. There are thirty percent more homicides since the Tiny Dancer was sworn in to office last year.

So far this holiday weekend, there have been two murders--17 others have been wounded.

One of those shot was a man who was wounded in an attempted robbery in one of Chicago'a better neighborhoods. The assailant was riding a bicycle.
