Romney picks Paul Ryan as his running mate

Mitt Romney has made a bold pick--selecting Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI), the chairman of the House Budget Committee, as his running mate. Speaking of budgets, the Democrat-run Senate hasn't passed a budget in over three years.
