Yes, as Doug Ross phrases it, Illinois' "temporary" income tax is a fiasco. Say, didn't Illinois just try Obama's "tax the rich" crap last year? And didn't it fail, miserably?

But after one year, the "temporary" tax hike hasn't lowered the amount of unpaid bills. And my state's credit rating has since been lowered by Moody's. Illinois has the nation's lowest credit rating.
