Troops leave Iraq; has Obama ever said "victory?"

Chicago Marathon,
2010
The last American troops have left Iraq. Our soldiers and sailors crushed the evil Saddam Hussein and defeated a stubborn insurgency; I call that a victory. Has President Obama ever uttered the "V" word in regards to our military. If he has, I'm not aware of it.

I just spoke on the Teri O'Brien Show and we discussed how Obama didn't acknowledge President George W. Bush's leadership either at the official ceremony--which took place at Fort Bragg, North Carolina--or during yesterday's weekly presidential address.

Obama has no class.

And yes, he doesn't like victory, as he told ABC News two years ago:
I'm always worried about using the word 'victory,' because, you know, it invokes this notion of Emperor Hirohito coming down and signing a surrender to MacArthur.
That of course is yet another underreported Obama instance of misremembering history. Hirohito was not on the deck of the USS Missouri when Japan surrendered to the Allies on September 2, 1945.

The Japanese military's atrocities during World War II include Pearl Harbor, the Bataan Death March, "comfort women," and the Rape of Nanking.
