WFI re-issues workplace poster

The ridiculously-biased NLRB is forcing yet another regulation on businesses--they now have to inform their workers, incompletely of course, of their organizing rights by way of posters. But the Workforce Fairness Institute has their own poster.

From a WFI press release:

WFI Re-Issues Workplace Poster

Washington, D.C. (August 29, 2011) – The Workforce Fairness Institute (WFI) today issued a poster to American employers that was previously sent to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Earlier this year, in response to the NLRB announcing its intention to consider a rule requiring businesses to post notices informing employees of their right to unionize, WFI sent a letter and poster to the regulatory agency recommending it alert workers of their right to decide against joining a union, right to a secret ballot vote, right to a vote on contracts, right to basic workplace fairness, right to decertify a union and right to control their own dues.

Unsurprisingly, the NLRB ignored the concerns of employees and employers, and last week moved forward with its most recent job-killing handout to union bosses; therefore, WFI is bypassing Obama's labor board and recommending businesses place our poster or a variation of it alongside the regulatory agency’s so that workers are accurately informed concerning their rights in the workplace.
