Clean Air Transport Rule needs to be towed away

The National Labor Relations Board isn't the only renegade agency within the Obama administration. The Environmental Protection Agency continues to attack the American economy. Besides its dubious anti-global warming carbon ruling, the EPA is just issued its Clean Air Transport Rule, which Red State says will "result in massive closures or temporary shutdowns of electric plants." What does that mean? Higher energy costs. Not only will it make power more expensive for consumers, businesses will have to shell out more for electricity--that will mean fewer jobs.

Yes, as Red State phrases it, "the EPA must be stopped."
