I'm enconsed in the bloggers' lounge at the Conservative Political Action Conference in at the Marriott Wardman Park. Last night I ran into Fox Business Network's Herman Cain, who has formed a presidential exploratory committee. Pennsylvania Senator Pat Toomey just finished speaking. Kristi Noem, a freshman member of Congress from South Dakota, is addressing the crowd now.
