Indian who compared 9/11 World Trade Center victims to the architect of the Holocaust, lost in the Colorado Appellate Court today. The plagiarist, fabricator, affirmative action cheater was fired by CU in 2006, sued the university shortly after his dismissal to get his old job back.Churchill headed the the university's ethnic studies department, a post which he gained on the basis of his fake Native American ancestry. His extreme, even for academia, anti-American views probably bolstered his other "qualifications."
