Custer split his 7th Cavalry, which is why 1st Sgt. August Seifert, 1st Sgt. John Hackett, and Privates Phillip Spinner and Michael Keegan survived.

Pictured are the gravesites of Sgt. Seifert (left) and his wife, Mary.

Custer?

Yep. Although it's believed that a few soldiers may have killed themselves as they looked at certain defeat.

Just like Japanese Komakazis pilots
did in the face of certain defeat
during WWII. The Pearl Harbor
mishap. I am afraid we have awaken
a sleeping giant, and filled it
with a terrible resolve.
